I like the fact that you showed so much sky. Even though the water surface always draws me into its magic, the sky sets the mood. How I dream of such a view outside my home; which is in a city and therefore will never be. Sigh!

This (and the painting from the day before) are views from my parents' house. As a city-dweller, and an inland-city-dweller at that, I'm overwhelmed by this view - with sky, horizon, and water - every time I visit them. If I lived on the coast, I think I would paint the sky every day.
