Listening to Christine Kane sing about someone drawing in "The Real World," I sat in the dining room and drew part of a 3/4-sized electric guitar. Our dining room is full of instruments: guitars, mandolins, keyboard, piano, zither, assorted rhythm pieces. A couple years ago the drum kit got moved to the basement, but there are still the two gongs... My husband and kids play, I mostly sing with friends, and we have fun. (Thanks to Chris Brogan for naming me a rockstar today - it gave me an excuse to think about the music in my life while I drew tonight.)
