I'm infatuated with the colors, and just want to keep looking and looking.


Ah, yes. I am bedazzled these precious days by the colors in my part of the world. Green, green -- the grass still green -- and above, "gold-vermillion", as Hopkins had it.

"Goldengrove unleaving" -- yes, an/other poem. Two-fer, as Cooper Renner might say.

I like "series" art anyway, so paint as many stunning autumn leaves as you like!! Each year I pick one as my token leaf, I press it and treasure it until the next year rolls around. I've been doing that ever since was a kid. Nature is gifting
