So I don't lose track of the link, here's Dan Gillmor's discussion of how journalism is evolving with the emergence of new technologies (as blogged by Cory Doctorow). The idea that journalism is shifting from lecture to seminar intrigues me.
I'm tempted by new technologies like the sidekick and moblogging, but I write too slowly and I can't justify the service expenses of a cell phone - yet. When I can combine a WiFi-enabled PDA with a websurfing cell phone and sync everything with Bluetooth, then maybe I'll fall for the combo. Especially if it comes in a beautiful iPod-like package.
