We went for a short walk in the cemetery today. Very windy, but warm, and all the branches rustled and spoke. Brown oak leaves and new green grass. The dark of evergreens and white marble and limestone. The sky washes out of my pictures, but believe me, it was blue.
I had my tripod, and made some panoramas - this one was the best.

Benjamin made this one.
We spent the afternoon painting and stamping and stencilling and dripping and sponging. Five shirts are transformed.
This was the vigil two blocks from my house. I think fifty people were there. All over the world tonight people gathered at 7:00 to light candles and stand in witness for peace. More about the event can be found at www.globalvigil.org. This was just our small part of the whole.
